Client project data is governed by the signed services agreement for that engagement. This policy covers the public marketing website and ordinary inbound communications.
02Information we collect
Information you choose to send
If you submit a project brief, email us, call us, or reply to us, we collect the information you provide. On the website that may include your name, email address, company or project name, service interests, budget range, and message text. If you call, we may receive your phone number and voicemail content.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting and security providers may create access logs that include IP address, user-agent string, requested URL, referring URL, timestamp, and response code. We use this for security, debugging, abuse prevention, and uptime.
What the current public site does not collect
- No payment card information.
- No account passwords or login credentials.
- No precise location data.
- No health, financial account, government ID, or other sensitive personal information requested through the site.
- No advertising pixels, retargeting tags, session replay, or heatmap tracking in the current build.

California residents may have rights to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, limit use of sensitive personal information, and receive non-discriminatory treatment for exercising privacy rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

08Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards for a small studio: HTTPS, access controls, two-factor authentication where supported, scoped vendor access, dependency updates, backups, and limited internal access to inquiry records.
No website can be guaranteed perfectly secure. If we confirm a security incident involving personal information, we will notify affected people and regulators as required by applicable law.
09International transfers
Midnight Anvil is based in the United States. Some providers we use may process information in the United States or other countries. Where GDPR-style transfer rules apply, we rely on vendor transfer mechanisms such as Data Processing Addenda, Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions, or equivalent safeguards made available by those providers.
10Children
This site is for adults and businesses. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it when required.
